RIVSYREC (Rivers State Youth Resource Centre) is a government-sponsored youth development facility initiated by the Rivers State Ministry of Youth Development to empower young people through skills training, entrepreneurship support, and civic engagement. Designed as a public–private partnership, the Centre aims to change youth narratives, nurture ideas and provide pathways to employment and enterprise
